Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zuhoor platform (“Service”), operated by 197.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Zuhoor is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that helps businesses understand and improve how they appear in AI search engines. The Service includes:

• AI visibility audits across multiple AI search engines
• Automated monitoring of your brand's AI search presence
• Competitive intelligence and share-of-voice analysis
• Content optimization scoring and AI-optimized content generation
• Technical analysis of your website's AI readiness
• Free tools including AI Visibility Checker, Crawler Check, llms.txt Generator, and Schema Generator

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One organization may have multiple team members, subject to your subscription tier.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Plans

The Service is offered in multiple tiers: Free, Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise. Each tier has specific limits on audits, queries, engines, pages, and features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.
• Early Adopter pricing is locked in for the duration of your continuous subscription.

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier.
• Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or manipulate AI search results through deceptive means
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Exceed the rate limits or usage quotas of your subscription tier
• Scrape, crawl, or index the Service itself (distinct from the websites we crawl on your behalf)
• Use the Service to monitor brands or websites you do not own or have authorization to monitor
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Data Ownership

6.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you provide to the Service, including brand information, website content, and competitor details. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6.2 Generated Content

Content generated by the Service (content briefs, articles, reports) is created for your use. You own the generated content and may use, publish, or modify it as you see fit. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data from generated content to improve our platform.

6.3 AI Search Results

AI search engine responses collected by the Service are third-party content. We display these results for analysis purposes. We do not claim ownership of AI engine responses and make no guarantees about their accuracy or completeness.

6.4 Aggregated Data

We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from the Service (such as industry benchmarks and general visibility trends) for research, marketing, and product improvement. This data will never identify you or your brand.

7. API Access

API access is available on applicable subscription tiers. API keys are confidential — do not share them publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API access if it is misused or if usage significantly exceeds reasonable expectations for your tier.

8. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
• AI search engine availability depends on third-party providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) and is outside our control.
• Enterprise tier customers may negotiate SLA terms separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on GEO scores, visibility reports, or generated content.
• We are not liable for changes in AI search engine behavior, algorithms, or availability.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, scoring methodology, and branding, is the intellectual property of 197.AI. “Zuhoor”, the Zuhoor logo, and “GEO Score” are trademarks of 197.AI. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent, except as permitted under white-label arrangements on applicable subscription tiers.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• We may terminate the Service entirely with 90 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Sections 6, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
