2.3 AI Search Results

We query AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Google AI Overviews, and others) on your behalf using queries related to your brand and industry. The responses from these engines are stored and analyzed to generate your visibility reports.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Pages visited and features used within the dashboard
• Audit and monitoring history
• Browser type, device information, and IP address

2.5 Free Tool Data

When you use our free tools (AI Visibility Checker, Crawler Check, llms.txt Generator, Schema Generator), we collect the URL you submit and your email address (if provided). Results are stored to improve our service.

• Your data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL databases hosted in the EU (AWS eu-west-2).

• We use API keys with minimal required permissions for all third-party integrations.

• Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
• Cancelled accounts: Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
• Free tool usage: Results are retained for 12 months.
